The Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix i-Size baby car seat is lightweight (only 3.2 kg) and features shock-absorbing side inserts and a large UV sun canopy. Suitable for babies from 0 to 12 months (40-75 cm), up to 12 kg.
Despite its lightweight, the baby car seat ensures ultimate safety for the child while traveling in the car. Special paddings made of shock-absorbing materials protect the safety seat on both sides, and a soft removable insert with head cushion allows the baby to spend the journey in comfort.
The CabrioFix i-Size car seat is compatible with FamilyFix3, FamilyFix2 and CabrioFix i-Size ISOFIX bases. Each base complies with the European safety standard UN R129 (i-Size) and is recommended for every car in which a child travels.
The base is attached using ISOFIX mounts in the car seat and additionally fixed with a retractable support leg. The special Click & Go system allows the baby car seat to be installed with just one click.
When the baby gets older, the Maxi-Cosi Pearl Pro 2 child car seat can be attached to the FamilyFix 3 base, and the FamilyFix 2 base is compatible with Pearl Smart and Pearl Pro 2 child car seats.

The safest place to install a baby/child car seat is the back seat of the car.

Installation of a safety seat in the car’s front seat is allowed only if the passenger airbag is deactivated!
Important:
Children under 4 years of age are recommended to travel in the car in the rearward-facing direction. This is due to the anatomical features of the growing child’s body and provides additional protection for the baby’s head and neck in road conditions (e.g., sudden braking).
