We offer several options for parcel delivery, so you can get your ordered products quickly and conveniently.
On the checkout page, you can choose the option that is right for you:
- Delivery to a parcel terminal
- Delivery by courier service
- Self-pickup
Please note that for large items (strollers, car seats, cribs, etc.) delivery to the parcel terminal is not provided. When ordering, you will automatically be offered suitable delivery methods.
Delivery time is 2-7 days, depending on the day of order placement, the selected delivery method and destination.
Delivery to the parcel terminal
This option allows you to get your order from a parcel terminal in your city. You can choose the delivery service and the address of the parcel terminal.
Depending on the country, parcels can be delivered to such terminals:
- Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania: Itella SmartPost, Omniva, DPD
- Finland: Itella SmartPost, DPD
- Poland, Germany, Ireland: DPD
After confirming your order and receiving payment, we will forward your package to the delivery service. When the order is placed in the parcel terminal, you will be notified.
The cost of shipping depends on the destination country. You will be able to see the final cost in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.
Courier delivery
If you choose this method, the package will be delivered to your home address by DPD courier (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom).
After confirming your order and receiving payment, we will forward the package to the courier service, which will contact you when the package arrives in your city.
The cost of shipping depends on the destination country. You will be able to see the final cost in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.
Self-pickup
If you wish, you can pick up your order yourself at our store in Tartu or Pärnu. After making your purchase, you need to wait for us to let you know that your order is ready.
