The owner of the website beebikauplus.ee (hereinafter online store) is Trigono OÜ (registration code 14733284), address: Lai 11, Port Artur 2 shopping center, 1st floor, Pärnu.

The term of the sales agreement, products, and prices information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products in the beebikauplus.ee online store. All prices include 20% VAT. The prices are listed on the product pages, next to the product names, descriptions, and photos. The cost of delivery is added to the total amount of the order, it is displayed on the order page and depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery.

Order placement

To make an order, you need to add the desired product to the shopping cart. To place your order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery of the product. Then the amount will be displayed, which can be safely paid by the following methods:

  • Through Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele
  • Through Latvian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele
  • Through Lithuanian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiaulių Bankas, Medicinos Bankas, Citadele
  • Through Finnish bank link: OP Bank
  • Postponement of payment: Liisi installments
  • Payments by Visa/Mastercard cards

NB! When paying by bank link, be sure to click the “Return to Merchant” button on the bank page.

Payments are made by Montonio Finance. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment: when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Montonio. The merchant does not have access to the bank and credit card details of the customer. The agreement comes into force when the specified amount is credited to the current account of the online store. The owner of the online store is the main controller of personal data and will forward the personal data required for payments to an authorized controller of Montonio Finance. If the ordered product cannot be delivered because the product is out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including shipping costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Gift card purchase

In the online store, you can buy a gift card in four denominations: 10 euros, 25 euros, 50 euros, and 100 euros. The gift card is available both in paper and electronic form. To order an electronic gift card, write to [email protected]. A paper gift card can be purchased in the online store. The gift card is inside an envelope and we will send it to the appropriate parcel machine.

Terms of gift card use

If the amount of the shopping cart exceeds the cost of the gift card, the missing amount must be paid through online banking.
The gift card is valid for 6 months.
If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the difference is not refunded.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
The gift card amount must be used at one time.

Right to refuse

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a business person. In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the products that have been ordered may not be used other than to test the characteristics and functioning of the products in the manner permitted for testing the products in the physical store. If the products have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the characteristics and functioning of the products or have signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to refuse a refund. To return a product, you must submit an application for withdrawal of the purchase, the form of which can be found here, or write to [email protected] no later than 14 days after receipt of the product. Returns are charged to the customer unless the reason for the return is that the returned product does not match what was ordered (for example, defective or faulty merchandise). The buyer must return the product within 14 days of filing or provide proof that they delivered the product to the delivery company within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned product, the online store immediately returns to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the application, the amount of the value of the product received from the buyer on the basis of the contract. The online store may refuse a refund until the contracted product has been returned, or until the customer provides proof that they have returned the product, whichever comes first. If the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by the online store, the online store shall not reimburse the consumer for the cost in excess of the cost associated with the regular delivery method. The online store has the right to refuse the sales transaction and demand a refund from the buyer if the price of the product in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the product due to an error.

Right to sue

The online store is liable for nonconformity or defects in the product sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the product and that become evident within two years of delivery of the product to the buyer. During the first six months after delivery of the product to the customer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. The online store is obliged to refute the relevant assumption. The buyer has the right to contact the online store no later than two months by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling +37253444505. The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the delivery of the product to the buyer. If products purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective products. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract. The online store must respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Marketing and processing of personal data

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send products to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to shipping companies for the delivery of products. The online store will send newsletters and offers to the e-mail address of the buyer only if the buyer has expressed a desire, has indicated his own e-mail address on the website, and has declared his desire to receive notifications through the mailing list. The customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the received e-mail.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints about the online store, you should send them to [email protected] or call +37253444505. If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Commission. The terms of the process can be read and applied here. The Consumer Disputes Commission has the authority to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a customer and an online store. The Commission’s review of a buyer’s complaint is free of charge. The buyer can turn to the European Union’s Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.

Changing conditions

The online store has the right to modify and supplement the terms of this agreement in the interest of better and safer use of the store. If you placed your order before the change in terms took effect, the legal relationship between the online store and you will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of your order, unless otherwise provided by law or this agreement.
